The Vatican art display on climate change

The Vatican displayed projected images of the natural world on the façade of St. Peter’s Basilica, in St. Peter’s Square on 8th December 2015, during the event, Illuminating Our Common Home: Fiat Lux.

The public art display formed a visual story inspired by the themes of climate change, human dignity and the earth's living creatures in the Encyclical Letter “Laudato Si” of Pope Francis; in which he wrote, “What kind of world do we want to leave to those who come after us, to children who are now growing up?”
