End Child Poverty is facilitating advocacy skills training for 60 youth from Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and South Sudan, from 3rd – 7th October 2016 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Youth have the capacity to positively influence their society and participate in decision making related to preventing violence against children, reducing Gender Based Violence and ending child poverty.
This training will enhance youth advocacy, leadership and networking capacities, in addition to building young champions who will address Gender Based Violence and its negative impacts on children. The skills training is facilitated in cooperation with the Norwegian Church Aid, Changemakers and the Elman Peace and Human Right Centre.
