Together we can end child poverty worldwide.

Message from Rev. Keishi Miyamoto, President of Arigatou International, on the 10th Anniversary of the Interfaith Initiative to End Child Poverty

“Going All Out to End Child Poverty”

On June 16, 2012, over 470 religious leaders and others representing diverse faith traditions, NGOs and United Nations agencies gathered from over 64 countries in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania to pursue the vision of a world where no child lives in poverty. There, determined to take new action together to end the scourge of child poverty, they joined us in welcoming the launch of the Interfaith Initiative to End Child Poverty. Deeply moved and grateful for their commitment, we have continued to support the initiative for the last 10 years—which have sped by as the world continues to change in dramatic ways.

All Out to End Child Poverty

Arigatou International – End Child Poverty is carrying out its 10th anniversary campaign themed All Out to End Child Poverty – Looking back, Forging ahead; dubbed ECP@10

Together We Can End Child Poverty

1 billion children are impacted by poverty

Each child has the right
to live free of poverty

The path to ending poverty
starts with today's children

Every action, big
or small, counts

Arigatou International - All for Children

All for Children sums up our hopes and dreams and the partnerships we seek to build. All that we do, we do for children… and we work at it with all of our heart, because children deserve nothing less. We believe that all people share a universal calling to care for all the children of our world, so all of the tools and approaches we offer are designed to bring people together—in all their wonderous diversity—to build a better world for children.
