Arigatou International – Nairobi in collaboration with the Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) will hold the 2018 Youth In Action, which is the 3rd Regional Youth Forum on Peacebuilding from 3rd – 8th September, 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya.
The forum, under the theme: Media and Preventing Violent Extremism will seek to explore ways in which the media (both mainstream and new) can be used/have been used as a platform to Prevent, Counter and Transform Violent Extremism (P/C/TVE).
Youth In Action is the Regional Youth Forum on Peacebuilding, organised by Arigatou International—Nairobi (AI—N) and the Norwegian Church Aid (NCA). Youth In Action, will seek to catalyse and empower young leaders towards peacebuilding and conflict transformation. Youth In Action presents opportunity for dialogue, reflection, action planning, shared learning, exchange visits and networking, among young leaders from the Horn and Eastern Africa region.
